It seems that Iloilo products are just within my reach. Here is another proud Iloilo product. The flower bread or should I say the flower donut. I guessed the baker intentionally cross sliced one side of donut shaped dough before putting it in oven. The numerous cross slices caused the formation of flower like appearance. I find it attractive. The simple elegant packaging has also imparted to its nice look.
The flower-like bread has a taste and texture similar to premium egg crackers. I think it is more appropriate to call it flower-shaped egg crackers.
