Sugar in Fruits ?
My wife bought some fruits before the onset of year 2010. She preferred round fruits because its a superstitious belief that it will bring luck and prosperity for the coming new year. I hope so!
Before eating each fruit, I managed to measure their approximate sugar content . I used the method similar to my older post sugar in softdrinks. I never included calories this time.
chico
approximate weight , 60 grams
2 1/4 tbsp sugar

apple
approximate weight, 156 grams
3 3/4 tbsp sugar

water melon

grapes

3 3/4 tbsp sugar

pineapple

3 3/4 tbsp sugar

ponkan
