How to Prevent NDM-1 Superbug Gene ! ?

This news is very alarming! The newly discovered NDM-1 Superbug Gene. It can turn almost any bacteria to a superbacteria, like Superman. It cannot be killed by any existing anti-biotic.

How can we prevent this NDM-1 superbug gene? Here are my opinions.
1. Do a lot of exercise.
2. Get enough sleep
3. Avoid being depressed.
4. Eat a lot of healthy fruits and vegetables.

These are not sure fire solutions but getting a good Body Resistance might serve you well.
