Cook Dinengdeng with Tilapia

She cooked this dinengdeng with tilapia. That was the first time I tasted this menu.

Ingredients:
1 piece big nile tilapia, fried or broiled
1 bundle sitao, the regular small bundle sold at public market, cut to 1 inch length
1 piece small patola, peeled and sliced
1 bundle saluyot leaves, the regular small bundle sold at public market, discard stalks
1 bundle squash flower, the regular small bundle sold at public market, discard stalks
1 medium sized ginger, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
bagoong isda, fish paste to taste

Procedure:
1. Boil ginger, sitao and onions for 5 to 10 minutes or until the sitao is tender.
2. Add the rest of vegetable ingredients and boil for another 2 minutes.
3. Add fish bagoong to taste. Place broiled/fried tilapia. Boil for 2 minutes and serve.
