Sinigang na Hipon with Bangus

Ingredients:
8 pieces big shrimp
4 slices of Bangus (milkfish, medium)
1 bundle pole sitaw, about 10 pieces sitao, cut 1 inch in length
1 bundle kankong, about 3 stalks, cut 1 inch in length
1 bundle okra, about 4 pieces, medium sized, cut diagonaly, 2 cm thick
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 piece medium sized onion, sliced
1 pack sinigang mix
salt to taste

Procedure:
1. Boil tomatoes, onions, pole sitaw and okra in five cups of water.
2. Then add shrimp and milkfish, boil for another five minutes.
3. Add kangkong leaves, boil again for one minute.
4. Mix sinigang mix and salt to taste.
5. Serve hot.
